You are getting an original factory passenger right side gray bottom seat cushion.   The part came out of a 2005 Acura MDX and may fit 2004 to 2006 Acura MDX models.    What you see in the pictures is what you will get. The part is used, is in good usable condition and has no tears on the leather cushion (see pictures).

Most parts will interchange, however, part fitment are suggestions and it is up to the buyer to make sure the part fits their vehicle.   We cannot be held responsible if parts do not fit customer’s vehicle.  All the parts we sell are guaranteed to be in good working condition unless otherwise noted. We ONLY guarantee the part(s) will fit the vehicle(s) listed in the donor vehicle description.  If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the EXACT part(s) listed, it is the buyer’s responsibility to consult a local dealer to see if it will fit your vehicle. Additional items may be needed if this is an upgrade or custom installation. Please consult your local dealer for ALL other applications.

Terms and Conditions

All Parts are used unless otherwise specified in posting. Please verify you are purchasing the correct part for your vehicle.

All items advertised are in stock and should there be an error in our inventory, the customer will be notified immediately and refund would be issued.

Items do not come with instructions

Professional installation and/or assistance is strongly suggested. Please note, buyer assumes all risk and liability if they decide to install it without professional help. There is no warranty for self-diagnosis. We will warranty our part if the part is defective, not if it does not solve the problem with a vehicle.

Returns

The buyer must notify us within 30 days from the date the item is received for any return. Items must be returned in the same condition as bought from us.   Once the part has been received, inspected (i.e. serial numbers, identifying mark, tamper proof labels) and verified against our system, we will issue a refund for the price of the part (no questions asked).  However, customer must pay for the return shipping.

If you receive your product and are not satisfied, please contact us first BEFORE leaving any type of feedback.  We take additional steps and care to make sure your package arrives undamaged and as advertised, however, errors can occur, and communication is key in these cases. Let us know what's wrong and we will give you the benefit of doubt.

- No returns after 30 days.

- No refunds allowed on any incurred expenses of labor.

- All returned parts must bear our identifying mark.

- We reserve the right to replace incorrect, defective, or otherwise unsuitable parts before issuing a refund.

- The color of the part is not guaranteed to match.

- Warranties are non-transferable.

- We are not liable for delayed or late shipments due to weather, or carrier issues. If there is a delay in shipment, buyer must contact carrier to resolve any issues. We cannot cancel or refund orders due to carrier or weather delays.

- Unless item description states otherwise, all parts are from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup.

- Items described as driver or passenger side refer to US made specifications, or left hand drive vehicles. For clarity, passenger side refers to right side when sitting in vehicle, and driver side refers to left side when sitting in vehicle.

Part Grades:

A= like new, fully functional, no scratches or dents (basically just like you just got it from a dealer)

B+ = Small scratches, dents

B = Dents, Major scratches but still fully functional)

C+ = some cosmetically damage

C= missing parts, cosmetics, cracks.
