Does not have the black impact strip.. No dents Middle of the 2nd to 4th pic are the scratches most are up where the black impact strip goes except the ones in the 2nd pic looks like someone use a srew sdiver to scratch off the glue spots that held the impact strip, some other lighter scratches.
The end clips included one the threaded stud is gone, the other the stud is rusted the studs could be replaced with matching nuts to secure it at both ends no other mounting clips are included

This is 47 1/2" long along the top edge and 4 7/16" wide
