Color is tan but this looks a bit yellow in photos, probably due to poor light in the warehouse.

Super nice steering wheel, correct for 1987-1988 Cadillacs with the tan, non-airbag wheel.  Also fits {but not correct due to color, wood grain, etc.} all Cadillacs from 1979 to 1985 except Cimarron, as well as 1986-1992 non-airbag Cadillacs except Seville, Eldorado, & Cimarron.

The wheel itself is in excellent condition!   But for some reason, the paint on the plastic shroud on the back of the horn pad is trashed, so save your old one to exchange or repaint to bring up to show quality.   Other than that, this is the nicest wheel I've come across in a while. Now, it's virtually impossible to find the old plastic steering wheels in this great condition.   The plastic is smooth with nice walnut woodgrain. No visible cracks!  Only two tiny cracks were lurking, both well concealed beneath the horn pad {see last 2 photos}.

Speaking of the horn pad, it's nice with a glossy and bold center medallion.   It does show some wear from use on the pad part.   The silver stripe surrounding the medallion is about 75%.   I'll include it with the wheel for free if you promise not to complain if it doesn't work.   It probably does, but I've got no way to test it.
