An original grille for the W124 chassis Mercedes Benz cars, 1986-93, that came with a standing star ornament and small badge. This grille is in very good condition for being 30 years old; came off a 1990 300e. Chrome is bright and shiny with one shallow micro-ding from a small pebble (difficult to photograph: to passenger side just close to badge) and one light scratch. The plastic insert is good with some expected chipping around the hood release area; no other chips/breaks. One horizontal trim piece has a shallow depression (picture with finger pointing to it) and the vertical strip is pushed in slightly down at the bottom. The star ornament is bright and shiny with no obvious pits. The badge is faded an some missing spots on the blue enamel and the center white star.
