1967-68 Mercury Cougar Insteument Cluster Panel W/Full DASH Panel. This is an original OEM Part off a 1967 Mercury Cougar. It is in excellent condition. There really isn't any wear. I do believe it was painted black where the silver was on the instrument panel. This is a rare find to have the whole dash panel cluster assembly.
